Bookings are subject to a CANCELLATION FEE. If cancellation occurs within 24 HOURS of posted check-in time of date of arrival, a charge of one-nights room rate will be applied. This cancellation policy is subject to change during special event periods. For example: the penalty period for bookings during special events such as NASCAR/New Years Eve are generally 14 days prior to arrival. Please check actual policy at time of reservation. No refunds will be made for no-shows.
If arrival is prior to a special event period and reservation includes dates of a special event, the cancellation fee will be based on the special event rate and not the lower rate of the earlier arrival date.
